When will my prank be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all pranks within 1 working day. Pranks will never be dispatched any later than 2 working days.
How long will delivery take?
It’s dependant on the delivery option that you select. Free standard delivery usually takes between 1 and 3 days after the order is processed.
Will my prank be anonymous?
Of course all pranks are 100% anonymous, unless you don’t want them to be. You can always add a message inside your prank letting the recipient know who its from. If you’re feeling brave.
Can I put any message I want in my prank?
Yes within reason, as our terms & conditions state under no circumstances is it to be used to harass or harm anyone in anyway
I’ve changed my mind can I have a refund?
Unfortunately due to our service we offer is fully personalised, due to this we will not accept returns or offer refunds
